For your convenience, signing meetings can be arranged in downtown Toronto (330 Bay St. and 1200 Bay St.), and uptown / North York (25 Sheppard Ave. W.). All locations have close access to TTC.

Sample fees - real estate:
Residential Purchase: $950, plus HST and disbursements
Residential sale: $700, plus HST and disbursements.
Mortgage refinance: from $650, plus HST and disbursements (please call with details of lender and any non-secured payouts for a more precise quote).

All fees are exclusive of HST and disbursements, and based on a single mortgage being placed on a purchase or discharged on a sale. Disbursements include search fees, couriers, software usage fees, registrations, land transfer tax, title insurance, and other out-of-pocket expenses. There are no "hidden fees" in my disbursements: they are billed on actual expense recovery relative to your file, and do not serve as an additional revenue stream.

Low-volume: I intentionally keep my practice low volume so that I can give my fullest attention to each file. This means that when you call or e-mail, you will get a reply from me--not an assistant or secretary. I am involved at all stages of your deal, and am happy to discuss your specific intentions for your transaction to advise you if there might be additional due diligence advisable for your property.
