Client Support Representative - Financial Services
Our client is seeking a University-educated candidate for this entry-level opportunity, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is seeking responsibility and wants to gain real experience in the financial services sector with an International company.
The client offers many perks such as tuition reimbursement, RRSP, competitive salary ($45,000-$47,000 per year) plus bonus and additional benefits.

Expectations:
Develop and maintain good working relationships with external clients
Develop, analyze and maintain reporting systems
Provide marketing analysis
Run complex financial reports
Plan, organize, and prioritize daily job tasks to maintain high quality service to internal and external customers. Effectively manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
Maintain confidentiality when dealing with employees, management and customers.
Exhibit strong communication and customer service skills.
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND KNOWLEDGE
Ability to apply effective oral, written, and listening communication skills with clients, company personnel, and the financial community.
Ability to establish and maintain customer relations.
Knowledge of and ability to apply data collection and analysis skills. Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to analyze credit summaries
Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply financing and taxation principles.
Ability to prepare marketing reports and marketing related statistical reports.
Knowledge of marketing concepts and techniques.
Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to calculate casualty values and amortization schedules. Knowledge of and ability to apply math computation skills, including basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as other mathematical concepts
