Collection of Modern Era Comics in Hamilton, Ontario for sale

Collection of over 1,000 comic books for sale. Many different titles out there, approximately 250-300 from the early 90's and the rest from 2007-2010.
Included in this collection are titles involving Superman, Batman, X-men, Avengers, Spider-man and many many others. Also in this collection are runs of Specific title like Trinity (all 52 books) and event titles like Secret Invasion (first four issues signed by cover artist Gabrielle Del Otto) as well as Siege, Final Crisis and others as well as many tie-in comics to these runs.
I would like to sell the whole lot in a single go, but for the right offer I can fulfil particular needs.
